E whakahī katoa ana a Ngā Rotomoana o Te Arawa – Te Arawa Lakes Trust is proud to announce the results of the 2024 Trustee Election. As we welcome a new chapter of leadership, we also take this moment to honour the invaluable contributions of our outgoing trustees.
The Trust acknowledges and extends heartfelt gratitude to Mariana Te Rangi, Georgina Whata, Geoff Rolleston, Roana Bennett and Niwa Nuri for their dedication and service.
Each outgoing trustee have come with major contribution and an intergenerational legacy of commitment to the betterment of Ngā Rotomoana o Te Arawa.
Nau mai te tira hou – we also warmly welcome our newly elected trustees, whose diverse skills and perspectives will strengthen our collective purpose.
From Te Kawatapuārangi Rohe, we congratulate Annette Sykes, Arapeta Tahana, and Karen Vercoe. Representing Te Ure o Uenukukōpako Rohe, we welcome Nicola Douglas, Te Ururoa Flavell, and Wallace Haumaha. Lastly, from Tūhourangi Rohe, we celebrate the election of Nuki Nicholson, Rangitihi Pene, and Kereama Wright.
We look forward to the collaboration and leadership of our new trustees while continuing to acknowledge and celebrate the work of all our trustees.
