Te Arawa Management Limited (TAML) is preparing to sell a small number of homes in Maketū. These include 2–4-bedroom houses on general titles, with one property available under leasehold tenure.
Each sale will include a caveat on the title providing TAML with the first right of refusal on any future resale.
Registered members of Te Arawa Lakes Trust can register their expression of interest between 23 October and 7 November 2025 using the Maketū Properties “Register Your Interest” button on the home page of our website.
On 11 November 2025, information about the properties will be shared directly with those who have registered. Registered members will then be invited to attend open homes and may submit offers to purchase a property by negotiation by 8 December 2025.
